Scheduling follow on appointments can only be done from an appointment that has been started.
- From the Schedule page open your appointment.
- Using the timer icon, set the appointment to ‘Working’.
- Use the calendar icon in the top bar to see your remaining task and any other tasks.
- In the Other Tasks section you’ll see ‘Schedule Additional’, select this.
- You now have the ability to to select any incomplete activities and add a note, explaining why the additional appointment is needed.
- Select the tick icon in the top bar to move on and find an available date.
- Choose a date on the calendar to see when you are available.
- Once a suitable date is found, choose the Day Division and move on to confirm the appointment.
- On the Confirm Appointment page you’ll find the Date, Time, and activities you are about to schedule.
- Use the tick icon in the top bar to confirm.
Once the follow on appointment has been confirmed the selected activities will be removed from the current appointment and you’ll be able to complete the appointment as usual.
