How Do I... Use Site Considerations

Considerations are used to hold relevant information about the site or contact, whether it is about known damage, asbestos, or any other information. Site and contact considerations are available on the mobile app.

How Do I add Site Considerations?

Adding Site Considerations is quick and easy. Follow the steps below.

  1. Using the search views, find the site you want to add a consideration to and click to open the Site Notebook.
  2. Use the 'Actions' button to see the available options, select 'Modify Site'.
  3. The Site Notebook will now open in edit mode.
  4. A the bottom of the page you'll find the Considerations field.
  5. The Considerations field is free text so you can add any required details.
